In person audition
After submitting your online application, headshot, transcripts, and letter of recommendation, the scholarship committee will review your application. Finalists will be contacted by mid December to be invited to a live audition, which will take place at the beginning of January. The audition repertoire can be an art song, an opera aria, a folk song, a sacred song, or a song from musical theater. The applicants will be responsible for providing their own live piano accompaniment for the live audition. The winners will be selected to perform in The Southern Utah Heritage Choir’s Spring concert, which will be held on March 3 at 7:30 pm and will receive a $1000 scholarship.
